Cooperation with the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce
Within the framework of an Erasmus+ project with the Glasfachschule Rheinbach we had the opportunity to welcome the 20-year-old student Jessica Dahmen as a member in our Radius Group team. For 8 weeks Jessica supports us with different, creative tasks and gets an insight into our work at the side of our DACH-region manager Eva Laanemäe.
"When I applied for the internship abroad, I had in mind that I wanted to further my education, face challenges and have new cultural experiences. I am 20 years old and a student at the Glasfachschule Rheinbach. There, I am doing an apprenticeship as a graphic-design assistant in media and communication with the A-Levels. As part of this, it is compulsory to complete an eight-week internship and I was offered the chance to do this in Tallinn, Estonia at the Radius Group. When I arrived in Estonia, I was a bit overwhelmed by the situation, because not only the eight-hour workday, but also the culture and the language were completely new to me. Luckily, my supervisor at Radius Group, is very supportive and helps me with my tasks and even helps me with cultural issues. I am very happy to be here and to have my first experience in the design industry at Radius Group."
